Management Information System Executive

Role Summary

The Design Studio MIS Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate data, generating timely reports, and supporting project and resource tracking for the design studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for studio operations.
• Track project progress, submissions, and team workload.
• Maintain manpower allocation data and productivity records.
• Consolidate inputs from Architecture, Interior, MEP, Structure, and Landscape teams.
• Develop dashboards and presentations for management review.
• Ensure proper documentation of submissions, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate with teams to collect timely and accurate information.
• Support design studio operations through data organization and process compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PPT.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Qualifications

• B.Tech, Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 35 years of MIS experience
