Management Information System Executive

Reporting To: Operations Head

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing data, generating accurate reports, and supporting business decisions through timely and reliable Management Information Systems (MIS). The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and coordination with sales, finance, channel partners, and internal teams.

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales performance, channel partner activity, order booking, invoicing, renewals, and pipeline tracking.
• Maintain and update internal databases with high accuracy.
• Track channel partner performance, targets, incentives, and deal progress.
• Support Deal Registration (DR) management, approvals, and case locking processes.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and channel teams to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare dashboards and summary reports for management review and decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality across all reports and systems.
• Assist in audits, reconciliations, and management presentations with accurate data support.
  

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of sales reporting tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
  

• Any Graduate with 13 years of experience in an MIS, sales operations, or reporting role.
• Experience in software, IT, or channel-driven organizations will be an added advantage.
