About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team at FRQ BRO PRIVATE LIMITED (OPPO) , Coimbatore. The role involves preparing, analysing, and maintaining reports to support business decision-making in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and analyse retail business data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis .

Prepare and maintain daily sales data, sales value, and attendance reports

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in updating reports and records .

Identify trends, variances, and provide insights to support business operations.

Coordinate with different teams to gather data and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all business reports.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Functions, etc.)

Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.

Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of retail industry reporting formats.

Basic understanding of databases and data management tools (added advantage).
