Management Information System Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Zoho Administrator to manage the end-to-end administration, implementation, and maintenance of the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho People. This role will act as the primary point of contact for all Zoho-related requirements, ensuring smooth operations, data accuracy, reporting, and process optimization across sales, finance, and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho People to ensure optimal system performance.
• Implement and customize modules, workflows, and automation across the Zoho ecosystem as per business requirements.
• Generate and share MIS reports and dashboards for sales, finance, and HR teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Zoho applications and coordinate with Zoho support when necessary.
• Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations across Zoho tools.
• Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and compliance across CRM, finance, and HR modules.
• Support leadership with timely and accurate reporting for business tracking and decision-making.
• Train team members on Zoho tools and ensure adoption of best practices.
• Explore integrations between Zoho applications and other business tools to streamline processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 24 years of experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho People.
• Strong understanding of Zoho modules, workflows, customization, and automation.
• Experience with MIS reporting and dashboard creation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Zoho certification in CRM or related applications.
• Experience integrating Zoho apps with third-party tools or APIs.
• Prior experience supporting sales, finance, and HR teams through Zoho systems.
