About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Specialist who can take ownership of data management, reporting, automation, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, VBA, Macros, Power BI, and data analysis, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports using Advanced Excel, VBA, Macros, and Power BI.

Gather, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

Create dashboards, visualizations, and performance tracking tools to support business functions. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports.

Identify process improvement opportunities and build automation solutions to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

Troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize existing data models and workflows.

Maintain documentation of all reports, processes, and data flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Formulas, Conditional Formatting, etc.).

Hands-on experience with VBA and Macro.

Proficiency in Power BI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle large data sets and derive meaningful insights.

Good communication and presentation skills.
