Job Description

Job Title: MIS Executive / MIS Analyst

Experience: 24 Years (can be adjusted)

Location: Gurgaon

Package : 3LPA to 4LPA


Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing data, preparing reports, maintaining dashboards, and supporting IT/HR operations through ITSM and ticketing tools. The role also involves coordinating employee onboarding and exit processes while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
  • Analyze data and share insights with stakeholders
  • Maintain dashboards using Advanced MS Excel
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports
  • Automate reports using formulas, pivot tables, and macros (if applicable)

Advanced Excel Skills

  • Use VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP
  • Create Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts
  • Apply conditional formatting and data validation
  • Handle large datasets efficiently
  • Basic to advanced Excel automation (Macros preferred)

ITSM & Ticketing Tools

  • Manage and monitor tickets using ITSM / Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, Zoho, etc.)
  • Track SLA, ticket status, and resolution timelines
  • Generate ticket-related MIS reports
  • Coordinate with IT and support teams for issue resolution

Onboarding Process

  • Coordinate employee onboarding activities
  • Raise IT and system access tickets for new joiners
  • Ensure asset allocation (laptop, email ID, tools access)
  • Maintain onboarding records and documentation

Exit Process

  • Handle employee exit formalities
  • Coordinate asset recovery and access deactivation
  • Update exit checklist and maintain records
  • Close ITSM tickets related to exits

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced MS Excel (Mandatory)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience with ITSM & Ticketing tools
  • Knowledge of onboarding and exit processes
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (IT/Commerce preferred)
  • Experience in IT, HR Operations, or Shared Services environment
  • Basic knowledge of databases or Power BI (added advantage)
