Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

Our Strategic Program Management Office Sourcing practice will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations balance long term strategies and short-term imperatives to optimize their investments and strategic activity required to achieve the organization's business objectives. We help enhance organizations project and program performance by identifying alternative project approaches, consistently aligning projects with corporate strategy, setting the tone and pace of programs from the outset, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations and extracting value from agile program delivery. Our team's roles focus on project portfolio management for both people and client management. Additionally, our team such as portfolio, program, and project management which require a diverse range of skill sets needed and growth opportunities for new and experienced team members.

  • 6-10 years of experience in F&A Transitions (AP, AR, O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A etc.)
  • Project Management, Risk & Budget Management
  • Understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services/Shared Services
  • Process Mapping and Re-engineering
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

  • As an Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping execute critical client facing and internal transition programs
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the board
  • Identify and make suggestions for improvements and help build key assets and collaterals for Transition Center of Excellence
  • Handle/analyze data and information responsibly.
  • Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
  • Communicate confidently in a clear and concise manner.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
  • Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, manage deliverables independently, and cross-team collaboration.
