Our Strategic Program Management Office Sourcing practice will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations balance long term strategies and short-term imperatives to optimize their investments and strategic activity required to achieve the organization's business objectives. We help enhance organizations project and program performance by identifying alternative project approaches, consistently aligning projects with corporate strategy, setting the tone and pace of programs from the outset, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations and extracting value from agile program delivery. Our team's roles focus on project portfolio management for both people and client management. Additionally, our team such as portfolio, program, and project management which require a diverse range of skill sets needed and growth opportunities for new and experienced team members.

  • 6+ years’ experience in developing the design of scalable, reliable and high-performance solutions tailored to client needs in Revenue Cycle managed services and/or outsourcing.

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Fields of Study: Healthcare

 Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Deep expertise in understanding the revenue cycle for Healthcare organizations, specifically in the claims, AR, cash management.
  • Knowledge on best-of-breed platforms and software providers in revenue cycle.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Supporting the offering team developing customized proposals, solutions and during client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to provide ongoing strategic guidance and position our solutions for long-term success.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between the client's business goals and our offerings.
  • Understanding of estimation methodology and cost levers involved in managed services with experience in creating and managing financial models. 
  • Demonstrating proven knowledge of latest managed services trends & ability to create/update differentiated offerings; 
  • Architecting and/or transitioning significant managed services solutions;
  • Familiarity with industry benchmarks and navigating third-party benchmarking sources.  
  • Managing client relationships at the mid executive level; 
  • Managing client service and people management skills;  
  • Adapting to new technologies and learning quickly; 
  • Demonstrating stakeholder management skills with the ability to work well with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
