Your Role

• Administer and maintain Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems, ensuring secure, reliable data exchange across business platforms.
• Configure and support Connect Direct for high-volume, mission-critical file transfers.
• Develop and enhance file transfer solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator , optimizing workflows and business processes.
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined SLAs for MFT-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with data transfer policies and SLT targets.
• Provide ongoing system maintenance, break-fix support, and performance tuning of MFT infrastructure.

Your Profile

• 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in MFT Administration and development.
• Strong expertise in Connect Direct setup, troubleshooting, and configuration.
• Proven experience with IBM Sterling Integrator , including system development and enhancement.
• Ability to analyze transfer logs, perform RCA, and handle proactive/reactive support tickets.
• Sound understanding of encryption standards, network protocols, and data security policies.
• Effective communicator with strong documentation and coordination skills.
