Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Chennai, for a Mall Centre Head. The Mall Centre Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of AMPA Skyone Mall. Responsibilities include managing retail tenant relations, ensuring the mall's facilities are well-maintained, marketing and Budgeting, coordinating event planning and execution, and managing security and customer service teams. The role also involves budgeting and financial planning, developing and implementing operational policies, and consistently improving the overall visitor experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management, property management, or business administration
• Strong skills in Leasing retail spaces, Marketing, tenant relations, customer service, and communication
• Ability to manage facilities, security, and maintenance teams
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and operations management
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Familiarity with mall operations and the retail environment is a plus
