Accountabilities
The jobholder is responsible for the oversight, delivery and performance of the below provided across all the contracts under Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) scope managed by the Central Plateau.
a. Managing Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) for customers supported through Airbus Flight
Hour Services (FHS) - Tailored Support Package (TSP) contracts, including effectiveness and
optimization
b. Checking AMP data consistency & supporting AMP escalation file
c. Managing the configuration tree and tech data referrentials across the Engineering
organization for components supported under FHS-C & FHS-TSP.
d. Supporting review of MPD and other source documents data for all fleet type and ensure appropriate set up in MIS
Main activities
The jobholder will perform the following actions to support Flight Hours Service (FHS) / Tailored Support Package (TSP) contracts (existing and future):
Maintenance Program:
a. Monitor and analyze source of documents for AMP preparation (MRB, MPD, ALS, EMM)
b. Develop and maintain AMP for each TSP customer, including the check concept, and the associated material and tooling to perform the work.
c. Measure the effectiveness of the maintenance program and propose changes to meet
higher standards
d. Perform the MIS update and ensure control of the referential.
Configuration:
a. Define and maintain customer aircraft configuration data (known as kardex tree in AMASIS) and for a series of aircraft (known as kardex model)
b. Customize and maintain the kardex tree for specific tails (kardex aircraft per customer)
c.Manage the Part Number(PN) reference cards definition, including hard time / life limit definition, and interchangeability / mixability
d. Define and update the reference card tree for complex assemblies (PN level)
e. Ensure alignment with the AMP
f. Support digital initiatives
Outputs
Maintenance Program:
a. AMP book and associated MIS referential definition / integrity
b. MIS update
c. Maintenance Concept / MTOP and associated MIS referential definition /
integrity
d. AD analysis for ALS
Configuration:
a. Kardex model & kardex aircraft
b. Reference cards referential
c. Complex assemblies structure
Required Skills
● Minimum degree holder in AME or Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering or
equivalent
● Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in core maintenance programs,
preparation & evaluation of AMP is required
● Good knowledge of Continued Airworthiness Management, Maintenance environment & AMOS
experience is a strong positive
● Superior organizational skills, flexibility managing multiple priorities, adaptability to changing
deadlines and attention to detail
● Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
● Unyielding commitment to excellence, delivering the best possible outcomes for customers
Those candidates with relevant experience ranges between (3 - 10) years are suitable for this requirement.
The (designation / title) of this position would vary with respect to the relevant experience of the respective
candidate.
Organisation structure
The jobholder reports directly to the Reliability, Maintenance Program and Configuration Manager. He is in
close coordination with the Planning Team of the central plateau to define the more accurate solution for the customer and the customer facing team.
