As we expand our manufacturing operations, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Head to lead all aspects of equipment, utilities, and facility upkeep.

Role Overview

The Maintenance Head will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all maintenance functionsincluding mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and civil systems. This includes overseeing preventive and breakdown maintenance for plant machinery, woodworking equipment, utilities, and infrastructure across the campus.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenancepreferably in furniture, manufacturing, engineering, or similar sectors.
