Job Description :

Minimum 5 years of experience in Mainframe batch testing
Analysis of the Specifications and creation of Test Designs according to the functional requirements.
Involvement in creating Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scripts. Categorizing Severity Incidents
Reporting based on severity and interfacing with developers to resolve technical issues
Performing Data Driven Testing using extensive data in the test scripts.
Able to Perform all phases of end-to-end testing which includes User Acceptance Testing,
Functionality Testing and Regression Testing of the Application and documentation.
Knowledge in TSO, ISPF to interact with the mainframe data
Knowledge on cybermation and mainframe JCL, File handling, Sort.
Preparing test data for performing functional testing.
Testing applications developed with JCL, COBOL using automated as well as manual testing.
Writing SQL and PL/SQL scripts to verify the huge file updates, inserts and deletes of the records.
Good knowledge in RTM, documentation and Handover activities.
