Job Description
1. Should have 12+ Years of Overall experience with minimum 8+ Years of experience in production support
2. Knowledge on Incident Management, clear understanding on each priorities and its SLAs.
3. Hands-on experience in Cobol, JCL, VSAM is must.
4. Should know how to triage an issue in Mainframe and help the team if needed.
5. To work with tower leads and represent team in all MIM calls with clear RCA
6. Request Management, clear understanding on each priorities and its SLAs.
7. Problem Management - Work with leads and help in identifying recurring issue pattern and create problem tickets and tracking to closure
8. Change Management - Should know the change window, track all the CM for closure before the SLA, Change Impact Assessment Experience
9. Knowledge Management – Should be familiar with creating and maintaining knowledge repositories, Creating SOP, KA, Confluence, SNOW KA etc
10. Familiar with Alerting and Monitoring – Dynatrace, Splunk, ESP, Synthetic
11. Automation and Innovation Drive
