- Mainframe SNA/VTAM & TCP/IP admin support; TCPIP profile Management
- Perform Network recycling; Support Certificates.Change and Fix on OSA Configuration
- Perform network related storage replication setup across sites
- Perform Network related SSMF Support Activities
- Support File Transfer Products/Protocols Connect:Direct, SFTP, FTPS, Inter-Pel
- Support printing products like VPS, DRS, VMCF
- Provide Host On-Demand Support
- Support Session Manager products - like Teleview, TPX, CL/Supersession
- z/OS & Storage
