Must-Have

Experience in Mainframe COBOL, JCL, DB2 Programming.

To provide Level-2 support for Banking domain based in Pune/Chennai/Mumbai location.

Good-to-Have
  • Experience in Mainframe COBOL, DB2, JCL.VSAM
  • Good understanding of various tools used in Mainframe FILA, Scheduling tools.
  • Good knowledge in analyzing job failures and trace back to see the root cause.
  • Knowledge of various error codes generated and the steps to resolve the issue.
  • Good knowledge of z/OS architecture, JCL, IBM utilities etc.
  • Good analytical skills and decision making.
  • Knowledge in CICS, IMS will be added advantage.
  • Be available for on-call rotation after business hours to provide 24hr support for any production operational issues.
  • Highlight areas for improvement in current processes and implement improvements.
