Job Description:
Proficiency in JCL (Job Control Language), TSO/ISPF, SDSF, and REXX.
Maintain job schedules using tools like CA7, Control-M, or TWS.
Experience with mainframe monitoring tools and console operations.
Knowledge of z/OS, VSAM, CICS, IMS, FTP scripting, and IDCAMS.
Familiarity with automation tools like CA ESP, OPC, or TWS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle critical incidents.
Maintain accurate documentation of job flows, console procedures, and escalation protocols.
