Magnetics Design Expert

• Responsible for design and development of magnetics and power components like transformers, inductive components and subsystems like TRU, ATRU, Power supplies etc for Aerospace and special applications.
• Responsible for electrical & magnetic design and analysis using FEM tools and other analytical methods.
• Responsible for manufacturing, build & test the proto of the product designed.
• Responsible for transfer of technology to production team Documentation for assembly process, work instructions, test procedures and test report.
• Responsible to guide and help production team as required for any technical clarifications during production phase.
• Responsible to train and lead the junior team as required

Role Expectation:

Experience in design and development of magnetics Power transformer (SMPS, auto transformer, high frequency/high power etc. ), Signal transformers (audio, pulse etc.), current transformers, Planar transformers, coils, chokes, contactors, relays etc.

• 10+ Years experience in design and development of magnetics and power components
• Responsible for design and development of magnetics and power components like transformers, inductive components and subsystems like TRU, ATRU, Power supplies etc for Aerospace and special applications.

• Experience in PCB design, Gerber generation, IPC standards is an added advantage
• Expertise in analytical design and CAD design with FEM tools.
• Experience in CAD and analysis tools for design.
• Experience in creating new designs from scratch, proto development and testing.
• Experience in performance and qualification testing for aerospace applications.
• Experience in dealing with the new product development life cycle
• Deep understanding and experience related to new product development process.
