(We required a great support agent to be a member of the Collaboration Services Support team, providing end-user support to the services offered by the IT Services team which include (but are not limited to):_x000b_- Endpoint Backup_x000b_- Managed Print_x000b_- Mac OS Software Admin (packaging & deployment)_x000b_- Supporting our site license applications through to installation._x000b_We required a solid macOS support person_x000b_- Great customer service skills_x000b_- Experience in HelpDesk or Desk side Support roles_x000b_- Excellent written and communication skills  Good-to-Have 1. Scripting (Bash/Ruby/Python/Power-shell)_x000b_- Ability to identify where we can automate a process_x000b_- Proven ability to prioritise issues
