• Troubleshooting and supporting Mac/iOS
devices in a business environment
• Experience managing Apple devices using a
Mobile Device Management
• Knowledge of device management
techniques for Mac, Profiles
• Ability to construct basic BASH Scripts
• Application packaging
• Mac OS X provisioning, creating and
maintaining Mac OS images
• Deployment of applications and patch
management in enterprise environment
• Enforcing standards around security
• Experience with Microsoft Office for Mac
• Understanding of Active Directory, Open
Directory and group policies or preferences
• Solid knowledge of networking covering Wi-
Fi, DNS, DHCP, Authenticated Proxy
Access, Kerberos authentication, Active
Directory integration
