Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Maconomy technical writing and technical knowledge. Experience in Finance and Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Maconomy.
- Oversee the technical writing process to ensure clear and concise documentation.
- Provide technical knowledge and support to the team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure that all technical aspects of the project are aligned with business goals.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for future reference.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience with Maconomy.
- Must possess strong technical writing skills.
- Must have a solid technical knowledge base.
- Nice to have experience in Finance and Accounting.
