Job Summary
The Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing insurance product functionalities within our organization. With a focus on P&C COTS systems the candidate will ensure seamless integration and operation of billing and revenue management processes. This hybrid role requires expertise in Jira and MS Office to support day-to-day activities and drive efficiency in insurance product management.
Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Conduct regular assessments of insurance product performance to identify potential risks and opportunities for enhancement.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure the organization remains competitive in the insurance sector.
