Key Responsibilities:
Handle CNC / VMC / HMC shop floor operations
Achieve daily production targets with required quality
Manpower handling (operators, setters, programmers)
Tooling, fixture planning & machine utilization control
Reduce rejection, rework & downtime
Implement 5S, TPM, and process improvements
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance & Planning teams
Monitor & improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
