Nikol is engaged in the manufacturing of carbon fibre reinforcements and composite parts. To expand its production capacity, we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for the pultrusion line.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator specialising in carbon fibre pultrusion at Nikol Advance Materials (P) Ltd., located in Ahmedabad. The role involves operating and maintaining pultrusion machines, adhering to safety standards, performing quality checks on the produced materials, and ensuring proper setup and calibration of machinery. Additional tasks include using hand tools, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation with knowledge of setting up and maintaining pultrusion machinery
• Experience in Quality Control and an understanding of quality standards in industrial manufacturing
• Familiarity with Machinery handling and proficiency in using Hand Tools for maintenance and minor repairs
• Effective Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous
• Basic technical education or a vocational qualification in a related field is preferred
