Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Immediate Generative AI Engineer with strong experience in AI/ML systems and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions, particularly in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.
• Develop end-to-end communication workflows for both LLM-only and RAG-based systems.
• Implement multimodal AI solutions (text, image, etc.).
• Work with transformer-based and diffusion-based models.
• Integrate open-source models from Hugging Face and other repositories.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies including context-based prompts.
• Work with Vector Databases for embedding storage, indexing, and retrieval.
• Deploy AI solutions on Microsoft Azure (preferred) or other cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 510 years of overall experience in software development.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML systems and products.
• Proven experience in Generative AI implementations.

Generative AI & LLM Expertise

• Strong understanding of:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Prompt Engineering (context-aware prompts)
• Multimodal models
• Experience with transformer-based and diffusion-based models such as:
• BERT
• GPT
• T5
• LLaMA
• Stable Diffusion
• Hands-on experience with:
• Hugging Face open-source models
• LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks
• Vector Databases (at least one well-known DB such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)

Cloud Platforms

• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform:
• Microsoft Azure (preferred)
• AWS
• GCP
• Experience deploying AI workloads on cloud environments.

Programming Skills

• Strong proficiency in one or more of the following:
• Python (mandatory/preferred)
• C / C++
• C#
• Java
