Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Machine Learning Engineer based in Hyderabad, with opportunities for partial work-from-home flexibility. The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning algorithms, developing predictive models, analyzing complex data, and identifying patterns that optimize business operations. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply AI-driven solutions that address business challenges, as well as conducting research to improve current machine learning models.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Machine Learning concepts including Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
• Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals, including Algorithms and data structures
• Solid understanding of Statistics and experience applying it to data analysis
• Experience designing and implementing scalable machine learning systems
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital transformation domains is a plus

Supporting / Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, or generative AI
• Familiarity with vector databases or retrieval-based systems
• ML experiment tracking and versioning tools
• Basic knowledge of front-end or full-stack environments
• Experience with performance tuning and model optimization
