We are seeking a full-time Machine Learning Engineer (Python) for a hybrid role based in Pune, with flexibility for partial work from home. The primary responsibilities include developing and optimizing machine learning models, designing and implementing algorithms, conducting data preprocessing and analysis, and deploying machine learning solutions. The engineer will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of machine learning components into the overall system architecture.

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning principles, including Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
• Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals and hands-on experience with algorithms
• Solid understanding and practical experience in Statistics as applied to data analysis and modeling
• Expertise in using Python for developing machine learning applications
• Proven ability to develop and optimize scalable solutions for real-world problems
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Prior experience with cloud-based platforms or big data technologies is a plus
