What You'll Build

• AI Underwriting Engine: Develop ML models for risk pricing and automated decision support
• Fraud Detection: Build anomaly detection and pattern recognition systems for claims
• Conversational FNOL: Design and implement LLM-powered first notice of loss experiences, replacing form-based workflows
• Analytics & Dashboards: Power KPI dashboards with predictive insights

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 8+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in ML/AI roles
• Strong Python expertise with hands-on experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
• Proven experience building LLM/GenAI applications using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
• Deep familiarity with Azure AI services (Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services)
• Experience deploying models to production and monitoring their performance
• Ability to translate business problems into ML solutions

Good to Have:

• Insurance or fintech domain experience (underwriting, claims, pricing)
• .NET/C# knowledge for platform integration
• Experience with agentic AI workflows and orchestration
