About This Role:

We're looking for experienced ML Engineers ready to work on high-impact, production-grade AI systems. You'll be at the intersection of Generative AI and Computer Vision - building solutions that are deployed at scale for enterprise clients, not demos or POCs. You'll work directly with engineers and technical leaders from some of the world's top engineering organizations.

What You'll Do:

• Design and deploy Generative AI systems (LLMs, VLMs) for enterprise clients
• Build and ship computer vision pipelines end-to-end from data to production
• Own projects at the architecture level - you shape the solution, not just execute tickets
• Work directly with client teams from world-class engineering organizations

We're Looking For:

• 34 years of hands-on ML engineering experience
• Deep familiarity with Generative AI - LLMs, VLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning
• Strong computer vision experience - detection, segmentation, classification, or multimodal systems
• Strong software engineering fundamentals - large-scale systems, system design, clean code under pressure
• High agency - you identify problems and ship solutions without waiting for permission
• Direct communication style - you push back with data, not opinions
• Production mindset: testing, monitoring, reliability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong programming fundamentals
• Willingness to work from our Bangalore office 5 days/week

Nice to Have:

• Experience with model serving infrastructure (vLLM, TGI, Triton)
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling (Azure ML, MLflow, DVC)
• Prior client-facing or consulting experience
