Machine Learning Engineer

Were hiring a Machine Learning Engineer (13 YOE) to work on NLP systems and AI agents.

This role is best suited for someone who is genuinely strong in ML comfortable going beyond libraries and APIs to understand models, data behavior, and performance trade-offs.

What Youll Work On

Designing and improving ML/NLP models end-to-end (data modeling evaluation production)

Retrieval, ranking, embeddings, and semantic systems at scale

LLM systems with rigorous evaluation and optimization

AI agents that combine reasoning, retrieval, and decision workflows

Were Looking For Someone Who

Has solid ML fundamentals (statistics, optimization, generalization, metrics)

Has hands-on experience training or fine-tuning models (not just using APIs)

Can design experiments and iterate based on evidence

Is comfortable reading papers/docs and figuring things out independently

Takes ownership and moves fast in ambiguous environments
