Requirements

8+ years of experience in Machine Learning and AI.

Strong experience in NLP, Computer Vision, and AI solutions.

Proficient in Python (or R) with libraries like Pandas and NumPy.

Good understanding of statistics and applying it to real-world problems.

Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, scikit-learn).

Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GANs, VAEs, Prompt Engineering, RAG).

Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI ethics practices.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and convert them into technical designs.

Design scalable, secure, and high-level architecture solutions.

Choose the best technologies, tools, and frameworks for projects.

Define non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, etc.).

Review code, architecture, and ensure best practices are followed.

Solve complex technical issues and justify design decisions.

Guide developers and translate business needs into technical tasks.

Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate proposed solutions.
