Project Role: AI / ML Engineer

Role Description

Develop and deliver production-ready AI/ML applications and systems using AI tools, cloud AI services, and GenAI models. Work on solutions involving machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing, deployed via cloud or on-prem pipelines.

Experience & Education

• Experience: Minimum 7.5 years
• Education: 15 years of full-time education

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AI/ML
• Lead, collaborate with, and manage teams; own team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions
• Provide AI/ML solutions across teams
• Mentor junior team members in AI and machine learning
• Continuously evaluate and implement new AI technologies to improve performance and efficiency

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in Machine Learning
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and applications
• Experience with cloud-based AI services and deployment strategies
• Proficiency in Python or R for model development and data analysis
• Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques for high-quality model inputs
