• We are looking for a  Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic AI team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable ML solutions that drive real-world impact. Working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and MLOps engineers, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects—from prototyping to production. This position requires a deep understanding of machine learning, data science, and software engineering principles.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient ML models for production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists to transform research prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Optimize model performance and inference pipelines for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead architecture decisions and mentor junior ML engineers.
• Work with MLOps engineers to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML models.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in ML and AI technologies.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with ML pipeline orchestration tools such as MLflow, or SageMaker Pipelines or VertexAI.
• Deep understanding of data engineering concepts and tools.
• Working knowledge of various machine learning algorithms, for use cases including but not limited to regression, classification, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their ML/AI services.
• Proven experience in deploying ML models to production (e.g., REST APIs, batch pipelines).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Deep internal understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Dataiku platform is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of data privacy, model fairness, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience in deploying Generative AI (GenAI) projects in production is preferred.
