Job Description
Job Title: Mac Admin
Experience: 5-10 Years
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- We required a great support agent to be a member of the Collaboration Services Support team
- Providing end-user support to the services offered by the IT Services team which include (but are not limited to): - Endpoint Backup - Managed Print - Mac OS Software Admin (packaging & deployment)
- Supporting our site license applications through to installation
- We required a solid macOS support person
- Great customer service skills
- Experience in HelpDesk or Desk side Support roles
- Excellent written and communication skills
