Work involves drafting and reviewing contracts , advising on legal and regulatory compliance , handling mergers and acquisitions , and representing the company in legal proceedings.

Play a crucial role in risk management and intellectual property matters

Contract Management:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, including employment agreements , commercial leases , and merger agreements .

Corporate Governance:

Providing advice on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Mergers and Acquisitions:

Assisting with due diligence, negotiation, and legal compliance in mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.

Compliance:

Ensuring the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Risk Management:

• Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with business operations.

Intellectual Property:

• Managing trademarks , patents , and other intellectual property rights .

Staying Updated:

• Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company
