M&A Business Development

Andromeda (Constellation Software Inc.) is seeking a Business Development Professional to expand coverage of Indian Vertical Market Software businesses. This role is focused on outbound M&A origination, founder relationship building, and market research across India.

You will identify, engage, and nurture longterm relationships with founders, CEOs, and intermediaries (investment banks, brokers, law and accounting firms) as part of Constellations longterm acquisition strategy.

What Youll Do

• Source and manage acquisition targets using Salesforce
• Execute outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and trade shows
• Communicate Constellation Softwares value proposition to founders and advisors
• Build and maintain a strong M&A pipeline through consistent activity and meetings
• Conduct company, market, and Csuite research before engagements
• Attend industry events and trade shows representing Andromeda
• Support earlystage M&A processes including document exchange
• Track all activity, outreach, and outcomes in Salesforce

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or M&A/Finance roles
• Strong experience in outbound sourcing / origination
• Excellent English communication and professional presence
• Strong research, analytical, and relationshipbuilding skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and research tools
• Selfstarter mindset with high ownership, persistence, and curiosity
• Genuine interest in M&A and software investing
