Job Description
- Provide advanced-level (Tier 2/3) support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and security groups within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to mail flow, permissions, sync errors, and mobile device management through Microsoft Intune.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all macOS devices, providing timely and effective technical assistance to end-users.
- Manage Apple endpoints using a mobile device management (MDM) solution (e.g., JAMF, Intune) for tasks such as device enrollment, configuration, and security enforcement.

- Administer and maintain third-party enterprise applications, including Templafy and Nexthink.
