Location: Hyderabad

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M365 & Collaboration Tools Administrator who can the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across our organization. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform.
Oversee governance, permissions, and lifecycle management for collaboration sites, Teams, and groups.
Configure and manage security, compliance, and retention policies within M365.
Manage Exchange Online mail flow, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and related configurations.
Support and maintain Microsoft Teamschannels, policies, templates, and integrations with other M365 services.
Administer and configure SharePoint Online sites (communication, team, and hub sites), ensuring best practices in design and permissions.
Monitor service health, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with Microsoft support as needed.
Automate repetitive administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting or Power Automate.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and end-user computing teams to ensure consistent and secure collaboration environments.
Drive user adoption and provide training/support for collaboration tools and new features.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and SCCM.
Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and security tasks.
Familiarity with endpoint security tools (Defender for Endpoint, EDR solutions).
Understanding of Zero Trust principles and compliance frameworks.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and collaboration tools management.
Strong technical expertise in:
o Exchange Online (mail flow, hybrid setup, migration, policies)
o SharePoint Online (site management, permissions, governance)
o Microsoft Teams (configuration, policies, lifecycle management)
o OneDrive for Business and file sharing governance
Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is desirable.
Strong understanding of security and compliance features in M365 (DLP, retention, auditing, eDiscovery).
Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD integration and identity management.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or
Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator / Teams Administrator / Collaboration Engineer
ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-900, SharePoint/M365 Admin Associate) are a plus.
Experience in working with backup and restore tools.
Prior involvement in upgrade planning and rollout for Teams or SharePoint solutions.
