Job Description

Responsibilities

·       Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative market research studies.

·       Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

·       Utilize advanced statistical techniques and data analysis tools to interpret research data.

·       Synthesize complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendation

·       Create comprehensive reports that summarize research findings, insights, and recommendations

·       Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

·       Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to understand their research needs and provide relevant insights.

·       Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as required for specialized research services.

·       Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market research.

·       Contribute to the development of innovative research methodologies and tools.

·       Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior research team members.
