Job Description
Responsibilities

Operational Deployment & Support
-
Implement the Connected Production platforms across production sites, ensuring seamless integration with SAP and existing operational systems.

Work closely with brewery, D&T, functional and technical teams

Support key and end-users by troubleshooting

Training & Change Management
-
Train relevant stakeholders on Connected Production usage and best practices.

Improve existing training materials and conduct workshops to drive adoption.

Act as the primary point of contact for operational teams regarding platform-related deployment inquiries within agreed communication channels.

Technical Integration & Process Optimization Collaborate with Global DBB, D&T and Functional team to integrate Connected Brewery solutions (e.g. Parsable, One2lmprove) with SAP S4/HANA and other brewery systems.

Identify and implement process improvements using data insights from the platform.
