Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Luxury Sales role located in Mumbai. The role involves engaging with clients to provide exceptional customer service, assisting with the selection of premium eyewear products, and driving sales to meet business goals. The Luxury Sales Associate will ensure a deep understanding of customer needs, maintain high shopping standards, promote brand values, and stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide expert advice.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to provide a personalized and premium shopping experience.
Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets effectively.
Attention to detail and high-level understanding of luxury brands or premium products.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Knowledge of retail or luxury eyewear is highly advantageous.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
