Role Description

The Luxury Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in making luxury purchases, understanding their preferences, and showcasing items tailored to their style. Additional tasks involve managing inventory, maintaining store presentation, assisting in visual merchandising, and meeting sales targets. The role also requires collaboration with colleagues to ensure a seamless and memorable shopping experience for every client.

Salary - 40-45k depending upon experience

LUXURY FASHION BACKGROUND - importsnt

• polished, fashion-forward Sales Associate who understands luxury handbags, accessories, and styling for modern women
• Experience in luxury sales, customer service, and client relationship building
• Strong knowledge of luxury brands, fashion trends, and product expertise
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational and multitasking skills for inventory management and sales operations
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic familiarity with shopify and sales software
• Flexibility and adaptability to address customer needs and achieve sales targets
• Prior experience in luxury consignment or resale is a plus
• Present yourself stylishly and host live sales sessions
• Shoot basic styling videos for authentic presentation of items to promote sales
