Role OverviewAs aLuxury Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will work closely with high-net-worth clients to advise them on premium land and estate investments.
Your role will involveunderstanding client vision, presenting curated opportunities, and guiding them through high-value transactions.
This role requiresmaturity, negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust with affluent clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory- Engage withHNI and UHNI clientsinterested in luxury estate investments
- Understand client aspirations such asfarmhouse living, legacy estates, and portfolio diversification
- Presentcurated opportunities aligned with client vision
- Manage the entireconsultative sales cycle
- Conductsite visits and private walkthroughs
- Handlehigh-value negotiations and deal structuring
- Develop long-term relationships withinvestors, founders, business families, and global Indians
- Build a strongreferral network among wealth circles
- Track trends inluxury real estate, land appreciation, and emerging lifestyle markets
- Provide clients withstrategic investment insights
We are looking fortop-tier sales talent, not volume brokers.
You should have:
- 310 years experience inluxury real estate, wealth advisory, or high-ticket sales
- Strong understanding ofHNI buyer psychology
- Exceptionalcommunication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handlemulti-crore transactions
- High personal standards and professional presence
- Strong network amongentrepreneurs, investors, and professionals
