About the role

Transform how discerning customers discover their perfect piece of luxury jewelry. As a Luxury Jewelry Sales Consultant with Aurus and MOI, you'll combine your passion for fine jewelry with consultative selling expertiseconnecting with clients through meaningful conversations, understanding their unique style, and curating personalized recommendations from our exquisite collections. This is more than sales; it's about creating memorable experiences and helping customers celebrate life's special moments with pieces they'll treasure forever.

What you will do

Interact with customers via telephone and chat, building genuine rapport and understanding their jewelry preferences and requirements.

Conduct detailed consultations to recommend suitable jewelry designs products that align with the customer's style and requirement.

Develop an in-depth understanding of Aurus and MOI offerings

Craft compelling sales pitches that showcase luxury of Aurus and MOI products, emphasizing quality, design, and value.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

Guide customers through the ordering process and collaborate with the order processing team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.

Gather customer feedback and insights regarding products and sharing valuable input with the product development and marketing teams.

Stay up-to-date with jewelry industry trends and fashion influences.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in jewelry or fashion design or a related field is a plus.

Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using telephony and chat platforms, as well as CRM software.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Fashion-forward mindset with an understanding of style trends and personal styling techniques.

Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies and customer preferences.
