Circled Advisory is a premium real estate advisory firm building Circle PlusBangalores first invite-only, private listing platform for luxury homes. Were a small, sharp team of 7 on a mission to redefine how luxury real estate is sold and experienced.
Weve closed marquee transactions and are now scaling our luxury division. This isnt a conventional brokerage setup Circled operates like a high-trust advisory where marketing, supply, CRM, and client experience teams work together to support every closure.
Location: Bangalore HBR Layout
Experience: 35 years in high-value sales or luxury advisory roles
About the Role
This role is built for someone who understands that high-ticket sales is won through trust, service, and long-term relationships, not hard pitching.
Our clients are Founders, CXOs, HNIs, and UHNIs buying homes in the 525Cr+ segment. Decisions are high-stakes, cycles are longer, and client service matters deeply.
Your job is to guide clients through this journey with discretion, strong local knowledge, and a service-first mindsetwhile also having the maturity to assess intent and move serious buyers toward closure.
What Youll Do
Speak to high-net-worth buyers daily and qualify intent fast
Do site visits and project walkthroughs only with serious clients
Drive the deal forward: follow-ups, objections, negotiations, closure
Understand Bangalores luxury micro-markets well enough to advise confidently
Coordinate with internal teams so the right inventory reaches the right buyer
Keep your pipeline clean: serious buyers vs window shoppers
Close transactions. Luxury sales cycles are longer, but momentum is your responsibility
Who You Are
35 years of experience in high-ticket sales such as wealth management, luxury automobiles, hospitality, banking, premium advisory, or luxury real estate
Comfortable engaging with Founders, CXOs, and UHNI families
Strong understanding of Bengalurus key luxury neighborhoods like CBD, Indiranagar, Koramangala, Hebbal, Whitefield
Service-oriented, relationship-driven, and patient with longer closure cycles
Strong ability to qualify intent, create momentum, and convert interest into committed action
Sharp with follow-ups, client handling, and deal execution
Own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for client meetings
Comfortable working weekends (luxury buying decisions often happen then)
