Experience - 5+ years

Location - PAN India

Mumbai,Pune,Chennai,Bangalore,Hyderabad,Kolkata,Delhi,Coimbatore,Nagpur

9+ years overall with 5+ years on ServiceNow

3+ years Financial Services Operations (FSO) experience

Hands-on in RTR, OTC, and Tax workflows

Flow Designer, Business Rules, and data model expertise

ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday)

Strong scripting and configuration skills and

Experience automating finance close, reconciliation, and tax reporting processes.

Experience leading FSO module deliveries

Ability to translate finance processes into ServiceNow workflows

Strong design and review capability

Experience managing finance transformation projects using ServiceNow.

Ability to optimize RTR, OTC, and Tax workflows for efficiency and compliance

Good to have

Integration Hub and PA dashboards

CSA / FSO certification

Exposure to financial audit automation and regulatory reporting.

Knowledge of finance data security and access controls.
