Job Description
- Mandatory: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL and Flexcube Corporate Banking (FCC)
- Strong experience in production support , managing day-to-day operational and technical issues
- Good functional and technical knowledge of FCUBS (Flexcube Universal Banking System)
- Ability to analyze production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolution
- Experience in handling batch jobs, data fixes, and issue troubleshooting
- Coordinate with business users, application teams, and Oracle support as needed
- Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to SLAs
