Looking for a Full-Time Residential Civil Maintenance Manager in Bangalore (Ashwath Nagar / RMV 2nd Stage Dollars Colony)

Hello everyone,

We are looking for an experienced full-time Residential Civil Maintenance Manager/Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of a high-end bungalow located in Ashwath Nagar and RMV 2nd Stage Dollars Colony, Bangalore. The property features home automation systems, civil maintenance needs, a small swimming pool, and the management of pressure pumps, heat pumps, a diesel generator, and other household systems.

Ideal Candidate:

• A diploma or degree in civil engineering is preferred or experience in civil field is compulsory.
• Proven experience in managing high-end residential properties.
• Familiarity with home automation, and a strong understanding of civil, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar maintenance management role is a must.
• Residence of the candidate has to be within 4-5 kms.

This is a full-time position immediate requirement Salary will be between Rs 35,000 - Rs55000 depending on candidates experience. The residence is located in Ashwath Nagar, RMV 2nd Stage Dollars Colony.
