Job Summary:

Role : Logistics Supply Chain Operations Manager

Experience: 8 to 11 years

Job Location: Mumbai

Eligibility:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3 Bachelors/Graduates)

- All candidates should be comfortable with Rotational Shift / Split or Rotational Week-off / 5 Days Work From Office

Logistics Supply Chain Operations Manager

Skills:

- Previous experience of working in fuel logistics

- Strong understanding of supply chain operations – movement of fuel

- Experience in working in a matrix organization

- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

- Organizational effectiveness

- Experience budgeting and forecasting

- Familiar with business and financial principles

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Leadership ability

- Outstanding organizational skills

- Graduate in any stream

Requirement:

The Operations Manager will be expected to handle to the following responsibilities:

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

- Formulate strategic and operational objectives

- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability (TCS Specific)

- Manage budgets and forecasts

- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

- Recruit, train and supervise staff

- Identify opportunities and take action to improve overall productivity across all channels

- Identify opportunities and take action to improve quality of conversations

- Handle escalations, need based
