Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse operations: order picking, inventory setup, stickering, and order fulfillment
• Ensure accurate order processing and quality control; monitor team performance and operational standards
• Implement and learn new technologies (barcode scanning, inventory software, automation tools) quickly
• Work proficiently with computer systems, inventory software, and digital management tools
• Take complete ownership of responsibilities; stay until projects are complete
• Train staff, maintain records, and generate performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics supervision
• Strong computer literacy (inventory systems, Excel, digital tools); quick learner of new technology
• Proven leadership and team supervision abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
